All of our cakes are bespoke designs, individually crafted for our couples and dependent on a number of factors; including guest numbers / portions required as well as design. Therefore it is impossible to give a set price.

You can find the starting prices on Our Packages page.

The final price of your cake will be calculated after our design consultation, which usually takes place 3-4 months before your wedding.

This is an easy one!

Simply check out Our Packages to see if they suit your budget, or download our brochure. Then head over to our Enquiry Page and fill in your details.

I will then send you a personalised provisional quote based on the information provided.

To secure your Wedding date in my diary, all you need to do is pay the £150 booking fee... see? Easy peasy!

We have a range of 6 signature flavours. These are:

Vanilla & Strawberry: A fluffy vanilla bean sponge with a luxurious vanilla buttercream and strawberry filling

Zesty Lemon: A fresh lemon sponge filled with a tangy lemon curd and buttercream center

Chocolate & Salted Caramel: Chocolate sponge with an indulgent chocolate buttercream and home-made salted caramel filling.

White Chocolate & Raspberry: A pink, raspberry infused sponge with a luxurious Belgian white chocolate buttercream and raspberry filling.

Red Velvet: An eye catching red velvet sponge with a light cream cheese flavoured filling.

Pistachio & Orange: A vanilla sponge scattered with chunks of pistachio and filled with a juicy orange buttercream.

You will get the opportunity to try all of these in your tasting box which is included with your booking.

However, if you have a particular flavour in mind, please ensure to include it in your Enquiry form, and we can usually accommodate!

Unfortunately not.

We work from a home kitchen which handles all 14 allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee that our bakes are 100% free from the smallest particles.

However, for intolerances or lifestyle preferences we can accommodate gluten and dairy free. All our sponges are made using eggs.

This depends on a couple of things: How many guests are you having? Are you serving your wedding cake as the dessert at your reception? Do you want to keep your top tier to enjoy as a couple after the Wedding - some of my couples love to save it to re-live the day when their photos and videos come back!

If serving as a snack in the evening - then I recommend you cater for at least 75% of your guests. Not everyone will have a slice, but once they've tasted the delicious flavours I'm sure you'll have trouble stopping Uncle Bob from grabbing more than one!

Wedding cakes are normally cut into 1x1" finger slice portions. Your venue should know how to do this, but I always drop off a guide when I deliver your cake, just in case.

The serving sizes will very depending on the height of your cake, if you opt for a tall tier then that will yield double the portions.

As a rough guide:

Two Tier cake (4/6") = approximately 36 portions

Three Tier cake (4/6/8") = approximately 84 portions

Four Tier cake (4/6/8/10") = approximately 144 portions

If you're unsure what size you need, I will be more than happy to guide you. Just make sure you pop the details into your Enquiry Form

There is really no right or wrong answer to this.

However, there are a couple of things you will need to have sorted first:

Your Venue & Your date.

It sounds obvious, but without these I can't tell you if I can accommodate your Wedding Cake!

The ideal time for you to book your cake would be 12-18 months before the big day. Especially now the dreaded 'C' word has pushed all the wedding planning world much further ahead due to playing catch up for several years! This ensures we have plenty of time to book in your design consultation and tasters, and just enjoy the process. Don't worry about knowing exactly what you want in terms of cake size/ design this far ahead of time, we know your style and colour palette might change which is why we finalise all designs 3-4 months before your wedding at your design consultation.

Please find an outline of the timings on our Experience page.

However if you've got a wedding in the next 6 months, still drop us an email or fill in our Enquiry form and we'll see what we can do.

The fun begins!

I truly believe that your wedding planning should be as fun and enjoyable as possible! So leave all your cake-related stress with me and focus on the good stuff.

You'll get to have a fun date night together with your Tasting box, and you can even plan a fun day of wedding things when we arrange our design consultation.

Let me walk you through the whole Cake & Coe experience on the Experience page.

Absolutely not!

Travelling securely with a multiple tiered cake is something that has taken a lot of time and effort to perfect! It can also be highly stressful which is why you leave it to me.

On the morning of your Wedding I will arrive at the venue (time agreed with your venue/coordinator in advance) with plenty of time to get your cake set up in the perfect location. This might involve stacking the last few tiers, applying finishing buttercream touches or decorating with fresh florals provided by your florist.

Set up at your venue is included in the package price. Delivery is calculated based on mileage to your Venue.

In the rare case that every last scrap of your cake hasn't been demolished by your guests, you can ask the venue to wrap up any extra portions for you to take home.

Simply wrap up in clingfilm and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months.

You can then savour the last few bites in the weeks after your wedding - just ensure you thaw fully prior to consuming. The cake is best enjoyed at room temperature.

"Thank you Sammi for creating the perfect cake! It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Super friendly service... Would 100% recommend!"
